Terms & conditions

Deposit is non refundable if you cancel. UNLESS due to weather and you have up to 24hrs from party start time to cancel the current booking and reschedule to a new date, deposit then transfers to the new date which can be up to a year out. 

We will deliver in rain or shine, once the unit is delivered and staked down, we nor anyone else is allowed to unstake and move the unit. If you decide to continue with your party after we deliver and it rains but you couldnt use the unit, thats beyond our control and no refunds of any sort will be given. As we do allow the 24hrs to reshedule due to weather.

We set up in grass to stake down unit. Please keep area clean from branches or any debris or pet droppings. We provide extension cord up to 100ft. Customer is responsible to provide hose for waterslide rentals.
